Precision Landing & Tethering
Our patented radar-based RF system enables autonomous landing and positional tethering for UAVs.
skyAnchor™ comprises a single low SWaP airside unit that can be attached to or integrated into the UAV and anchor units which form a landing pad. This collaborative system provides Landing Pad ID and positional data (to the AutoPilot) in the form of 3D location (x,y,z) and orientation (pitch/roll/yaw).
With skyAnchor™ you are getting the assurance of a self-synchronised fully authenticated RF solution with the obstacle detection capability of radar.
Real Operational Resilience
With real-world operational useability, resilience & reliability, skyAnchorTM performs in adverse weather, low visibility, at night and in ‘harsh’ or GNSS/GPS-denied environments.
